Mending in Sashiko manner

Sometimes I take mending orders from my customers and would like to show you here one example which I recently took.

After strengthen the damaged parts with sewing machines, using additional fabrics and threads I did hand stitching all over. If you like this kind of mending art, I’m happy to repair for you.

I use solely Japanese fabrics and threads, that are suitable for this kind of repair. Right materials make the result totally different and unique.
