Authentic Kintsugi Repair

It’s very honoured that one of my valued customers let her favourite pieces get repaired with my Kintsugi-skill.

Only her condition was to do with ¨real¨ Kintsugi, meaning not the one with Kintsugi-like Kintsugi which has been recently trendy, but the one with Urushi lacquer and real gold powder as exactly as has been practiced in Japan.

It took me several months to finish these two pieces.

I have been a hobby-Kintsugi repairer, and through this experience I discovered myself that I really like it and good at it, and can imagine that I could develop with my shop for the future.
