Every piece has the character of quality hand-made porcelain. Therefore, variances in shapes, sizes, and colours can sometimes happen and this can’t be accepted as the reason of any exchange or return.

The surface, especially of natural and black color, can slightly stained from oil and other food consistence. This is the patina to enjoy and it can not be accepted as the reason of change or return. On the surface of the glazed porcelains, crazing sometimes happens. It causes the network of the fine cracks. Those products are neither defective nor harmful to the human body.
